VISA Information

Trekking Permits

Generally no trekking permits are necessary up to a road-head or the plane destination.

The issuing authority is the Central Immigration Office at Maitighar, Kathmandu.

Visa for Switzerland

Switzerland applies the Schengen regulations. Application has to be made at the Embassy of Switzerland in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur (SDC Compound).
