During a meeting held at Baluwatar on Saturday, Naya Shakti Nepal coordinator Bhattarai urged Dahal to end the impasse over constitution amendment, restructuring of local bodies and the elections.nnBhattarai, Dahal’s former deputy who deserted the Maoist party soon after the Constituent Assembly promulgated the new constitution, is toiling to build his Naya Shakti party.nnThe prime minister told Bhattarai that he was held up by some complexities but was working to resolve them soon.
